In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jiligame", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the jiligame platform operating at jiligame.cam, including its operators, parent entities, subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" means the jiligame website, mobile site, applications, software, games, sports betting facilities, payment processing services, and all associated content accessible at jiligame.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a player upon completing the jiligame registration process.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the jiligame platform in any capacity.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the jiligame platform wallet.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive offered by jiligame to players, subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process jiligame is required to conduct under its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions from which access to or use of jiligame is prohibited under applicable law or jiligame's licensing conditions.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the jiligame platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the jiligame service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with jiligame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and jiligame. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform, regardless of whether you have completed the formal registration process. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, your only remedy is to refrain from using the jiligame platform entirely.

To access real-money gaming features on jiligame, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any corporate entity;
• You are not a resident of or accessing jiligame from a Restricted Territory;
• You have not previously been excluded from jiligame or any other gaming platform operated by jiligame's parent entity;
• All registration information you provide — including your name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are the sole and authorised user of the account and the payment methods linked to it;
• You will not allow any third party to access or use your jiligame account under any circumstances.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered jiligame account. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where jiligame identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and forfeit all bonus balances without notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiligame account credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. jiligame will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify jiligame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jiligame accepts no liability for losses resulting from failure to maintain adequate account security on your part.

jiligame is a strictly 21+ platform. The minimum age for accessing and using the jiligame platform — including for real-money gaming, sports betting, and any bonus participation — is twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement applies uniformly to all players regardless of their location within Pakistan or elsewhere.

jiligame is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of the KYC process required under jiligame's international gaming licence, all players are required to complete identity and age verification before any withdrawal can be processed. jiligame reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that gives jiligame reasonable grounds to question a player's age.

jiligame accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and Cash Deposit channels. jiligame does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies, via cryptocurrency, or through third-party accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder.

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit on jiligame is PKR 500. jiligame may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at its discretion in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations under its international gaming licence. Players may also set their own deposit limits through the account settings panel — once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately, while a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

5.2 Deposit Restrictions

jiligame reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, payment method misuse, or a violation of these Terms. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name will be rejected and returned, subject to applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests on jiligame are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. jiligame does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, international bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa wallets are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or Raast are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Verification

jiligame is required under its international gaming licence to conduct KYC verification before processing a player's first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. Players will be asked to provide government-issued identification confirming their name, date of birth, and address. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. jiligame aims to process KYC verification requests within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal on jiligame is PKR 1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your jiligame account dashboard. Players who have received and partially wagered a bonus may find their maximum withdrawal temporarily capped until the associated wagering requirement is fully met.

jiligame offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the relevant offer.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a jiligame account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds remain non-withdrawable and are displayed separately from your real-money PKR balance in the jiligame account dashboard.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

jiligame strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or mathematically neutral betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players to exploit bonus structures, or any other conduct that jiligame determines — in its sole discretion — to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer.

Where jiligame identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, suspend or permanently close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

All jiligame bonuses carry an expiry date as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited without notice. jiligame is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry.

All games available on the jiligame platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, together with the general rules set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics only; all other provisions of these Terms continue to apply.

8.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of any game or bet on jiligame, the affected round or bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned to the player's PKR wallet. jiligame does not honour claims for winnings generated during a technical error. The decision of jiligame's technical team regarding the outcome of any disputed round is final.

8.2 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jiligame are subject to jiligame's sports betting rules, which are published in the sports section of the platform. jiligame reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or errors in the odds displayed. Bets placed after an event has concluded — regardless of whether the result was publicly available at the time — will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiligame platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the jiligame platform in any capacity;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error must be reported to jiligame support immediately;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud through the jiligame PKR wallet;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the jiligame platform;
• Using the jiligame platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

jiligame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jiligame;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Duplicate account detection;
• Player's own request for self-exclusion under jiligame's Responsible Gaming policy;
• jiligame's obligation to comply with an order or directive from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subjected to an inactivity fee as disclosed in jiligame's fee schedule.

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or a Terms violation, any verified real-money PKR balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

jiligame is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform provides the following player protection tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts displayed at set intervals during active gaming sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspensions of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, activatable immediately from account settings;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the jiligame platform, processed within 24 hours of request and not reversible during the exclusion period.

Players who wish to self-exclude should contact jiligame support via live chat or at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority matter. During a self-exclusion period, jiligame will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account, though jiligame cannot guarantee interception in all cases where a player provides false registration details.

All content on the jiligame platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jiligame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiligame platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant you any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, licence, or create derivative works from any jiligame content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any jiligame software; or use any jiligame trademark, logo, or brand identifier without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiligame shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the jiligame platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or the jiligame platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from delays, interruptions, errors, or omissions in the jiligame platform caused by factors outside jiligame's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, telecommunications disruptions, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Any loss of funds from your jiligame account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Decisions made by you based on information published on the jiligame platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or editorial content.

jiligame's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligame PKR wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiligame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering with jiligame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, payment method details, and gameplay transaction history.

jiligame will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. jiligame may share your personal data with its payment processing partners, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or jiligame's licensing obligations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jiligame holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and jiligame in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15.1 Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, account decision, or payment transaction, you must first raise the matter with jiligame's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. jiligame will investigate and respond to your complaint within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with jiligame's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under jiligame's gaming licence.

jiligame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the updated Terms on the jiligame platform. Where jiligame considers an amendment to be material, it will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by SMS to registered Pakistani mobile numbers.

Your continued use of the jiligame platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page and in the Table of Contents sidebar.
